Great location, close to various amenities and restaurants. Clean and tidy accommodations. The flat was modern and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around in. The kitchen and bathroom were excellent and well-maintained. Additionally, the close proximity to the train station, High Street, and the beach made it convenient for exploring the area.
The customer service could use improvement, as there were issues with the bedding and towels not being provided for the sofa beds. The quality of the bedding that was provided was also subpar.

Jaw-dropping location! Train station, beach, and High Street just steps away. Super convenient palm activated key pad - no key to lose! The bed super comfy, lots of wall sockets, and the flat was mind-blowingly modern, clean, and spacious. Great kitchen and bathroom with all the cookware and utensils you need. Also, wifi available. Plenty of dining options nearby. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. A truly satisfying stay!

The complimentary WiFi was a real treat, I could update my Instagram with all my fabulous photos of the tacky exterior and locked parking spaces. So much fun!
Oh, but how I longed for a full length mirror or a wardrobe with a mirror to admire my posh outfits! How dare they not meet my impeccable standards!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a modern and comfortable room that was extremely clean. The location was perfect, being close to the train station, high street, and beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

My recent stay at K Suites - Waveney Chambers 1 was overall enjoyable. The location was great, with the train station, high street, and beach all within close proximity. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and spacious, providing plenty of room to move around. Additionally, there were plenty of wall sockets, making it convenient to charge our devices.
One specific situation that occurred during our stay was the issue with the bedding. Unfortunately, there was not enough bedding provided for the sofa beds, as well as a shortage of towels for everyone staying.

The apartment at K Suites - Waveney Chambers 1 was perfect for my stay! It had all the essentials I needed like an electric kettle, kitchenware, and even a washing machine. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the microwave. I prefer cooking with an oven.
